Hello Everyone,I have been lurking here for some time and have learned much from eveyone. I am located in the Southeast US and I am looking at a TC25D (w/o SS), FEL, 60" Woods Finishing mower, Turf tires and was priced @ $19,000 out the door. Does this price seem competitive? Thanks in advance to everyones input.Skully.

Skully, I'm sure no expert on prices, and they do vary in different parts of the country, but just offhand, I'd say that's probably about right if you're including a sales tax. Without tax, I'd say that's maybe a $1,000-$1,500 too high. ....

If it helps, in June 99 I paid 12900 for a TC25D (without SS) and 3600 for the loader, totalling 16500. It was the best price I could find in Maryland and Virginia. By the way, I have 210 hours on my tractor and love it. I have had no problems at all and it has worked very hard. One tip, have the dealer put in the $17 block heater. What a difference that made and it was a little tricky to install myself. Good luck. ....

I purchased a TC25D last week. The TC25D w/ R4's was $14,000 (no s/s). The NH 7308 Loader was $3300. I don't know about a 60 inch mower but the 72" Woods that I purchased was $1700. Hope that this will help. ....

I'm not familiar with the Woods mower, but $19,000 seems slightly high for Ohio. One may find a TC25 w/loader for under $16,000. In May of last year, I pad $16500 for TC33, SS, loader, block heater, seat arms, & worklight. I like the tractor.
MHeath, I have bent my toolbox hinges a couple of times with the toplink also. ....

Thanks Everyone.
It seems that the price is "in the ballpark". Maybe I can get the dealer to add seat arms and a work light.... I'll keep you all posted on my decision.
